We always strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quality of printing of your comp cards we will reprint and ship at our cost. However there are some circumstances in which we will not reprint:
Errors On Approved Artwork
- All orders must be approved by the customer prior to printing. Customer will receive an emailed proof. Once a customer has approved a proof, we will begin printing immediately and no additional changes will be accepted. Be sure to check for spelling errors, accuracy of information, and omissions. Once you approve the artwork, you are liable for any incorrect information.
- Due to the nature of printing, exact colors cannot be guaranteed. Digital proofs may not accurately represent the exact colors of the final printed product. Variance in colors due to monitor limitations and settings is normal. Memento Tributes, Inc. will not be liable to reprint if there is a slight color variation from the digital proof to the final printed product.
- The quality of photos that you provide will directly effect the final printing quality of the programs. When you submit an order, we will check the quality of your photos and do our very best to notify you if you photos do not meet our quality standards. If you cannot provide us with higher resolution photos, you will have the option to proceed, however Memento Tributes, Inc. will not be liable for reprinting because of quality issues due to poor quality photos.
Damages During Shipping
- If your products are damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can reprint them and file a claim with the shipping provider. In some cases we may request information from you to help file our claim.
